Stephany Bautista

Stephany Bautista, a resident of Orlando, Florida, relocated to Georgia with her husband, Justin, in July 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida, with her research findings being published in a peer-reviewed journal in 2015. She also obtained a second Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2019. 

Demonstrating a keen passion for research and analysis, Stephany transitioned her skills to the financial sector. Joining Currency Exchange International in 2019 as a Junior Research Analyst, her insights were instrumental in guiding the executive decisions of the C-Suite and Board of Directors, particularly in exploring new mergers and acquisitions opportunities and optimizing operational efficiencies.

Beginning her career at Florida Financial Advisors in 2020 as a Junior Financial Consultant, Stephany swiftly ascended through the ranks to become the First Hispanic District Manager within the organization in under two years. Her commitment to promoting financial literacy among families remained unwavering, leading to her selection to spearhead the opening of the Georgia Branch in 2022, assuming the role of District Manager at Georgia Financial Advisors. Her exceptional performance earned her the recognition of being named the top-producing manager company-wide in 2023.

Exemplifying the essence of true southern hospitality, Stephany ensures her clients feel valued and understood in all financial matters. Her ethos of transparency and prompt service fosters trust among her clientele, establishing a foundation for fruitful financial partnerships. With a focus on guiding families towards achieving their financial goals through calculated decision making, she remains dedicated to their best interests. Outside of her professional endeavors, Stephany, alongside her husband, indulges in fur-baby parenthood to their Pitt, Athena. Her personal interests include reading, hiking and savoring her husband's culinary creations to give it that “Chef’s kiss.”
